High-Experience Program
As the world is changing, some things are still stuck in the status quo. Opportunities continue to arise, but women are still overlooked and under-represented. Women feel the pressure to prove themselves more, and that they are not being taken as seriously as their male counterparts. They wonder how to play the game and win, while being true to themselves. They are looking to master that confident, executive presence.
They’re ambitious, high-performing and driven, making things happen, everyday and everywhere. But the pathway to fulfillment and living the life they are aspiring to, can be challenging and difficult to navigate. The program curriculum provides Women Leaders, Professionals and Entrepreneurs the setting and pathway to grow as authentic, confident, and influential leaders. Empowered to function at their peak and elevate their success professionally and personally.
Women in the program will gain invaluable support, perspectives and varied experiences from their peers on the program.
Plus, you will be supported by an expert team of professional executive leadership coaches who have almost 50 years of combined experience in developing strong leaders that have had a profound impact in their respective fields.

Duration: 3-month Program and 2 Quarterly Check-in virtual sessions
Time Commitment: 3-5 hours per week
Program Components and Format
- Program starts with Launch 1-day in-person
- Program closes with Leadership Retreat 1.5-day in-person
- 3 Individual Executive Coaching sessions virtual
- 3 Group coaching calls virtual
- Self-directed , independent study – includes training videos and workbooks
- 2 Quarterly Check-in virtual sessions – 3 months and 6 months after program graduation

- Early June – Program start date for 90 days
